By using versusgamers.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The service
Versus Gamers is a free website where you can play browser games. Some games are made by Versus Gamers (our “originals”). Most are provided by our partner Playgama and its developers, load from playgama.com, and are also subject to Playgama’s terms. We can add, change or remove games at any time.
Who can use it
The site is designed for teens and adults and is not intended for children under 14. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law, interfere with the site or the games (for example with bots, scripts or attacks), generate fake traffic or ad clicks, copy the site’s content in bulk, or bypass any technical protection.
Ownership
The Versus Gamers name, logo, site design, text and our original games belong to the owner of Versus Gamers. Games from Playgama and other providers, and their names and images, belong to their owners. You may play the games for your personal enjoyment; you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
Ads and purchases
Games from Playgama may show ads and may offer optional in-game purchases handled by their providers. Any purchase is between you and that provider, under their terms. Versus Gamers does not sell anything directly.
No warranty
The site and the games are provided “as is”. We do our best to keep them working and appropriate, but we don’t guarantee that every game will be available, free of errors or suited to your device. To the extent permitted by law, Versus Gamers is not responsible for losses resulting from your use of the site or of third-party games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act or other laws that cannot be waived.

The site links to other websites we don’t control. Their content and practices are their own responsibility.
